KyroVinted sells digital products, such as supplier lists and digital files. No physical clothing or other physical products will be shipped.

Digital Products

Because our products are delivered digitally, they cannot be physically returned.

KyroVinted does not offer voluntary refunds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

When purchasing digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire under certain conditions if the customer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal.

If the legal requirements for the expiry of the right of withdrawal have not been met, any applicable statutory consumer rights will remain in effect.

Problems with Delivery

Please contact us if:

• You have not received the digital product;

• A download link does not work;

• The file is technically defective;

• The delivered product materially differs from its description.

Please contact us at TikTok  and include your order number and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a suitable solution, such as resending the product or restoring access.
